I want to preface this blog by saying there are zero necessary supplements. Supplements are not magic and they should only be there to add to an already solid foundation. I recommend nailing the basics such as the following: hydrating properly, moving more, sleeping enough at night, & dialing in your nutrition.

My Every Day Supplements
1 scoop/day. My favorite protein powder mixes well and tastes great! The Vanilla & Strawberry Milkshakes are my favorite flavors! Great addition to your diet if you need help getting protein in!
1 scoop/day. I take this for skin, hair & joint health! It also helps me drink water because it tastes delicious! Watermelon is my favorite flavor!
1 gummy/day. I take this to help with mood and energy!
Additional Supplements
1 scoop 3-5x/week. This is my go-to pre-workout! I like peach mango and cherry limeade the best! I am not currently consuming caffeine!
1 scoop 3-5x/week. I love this supplement for natural energy and for improving digestion! I like mixing it with my non-stim pre-workout!
