Hi, I’m Bailey!
I am a 26-year-old entrepreneur from central Wisconsin. I currently live in Southern Utah with my husband Zach, our daughter Marlow, & two morkies, Jax & Ziggy. Zach & I grew up in a small town in central Wisconsin together. We moved to Utah from Minnesota & we LOVE it here! Our favorite thing to do here is hiking, it’s so neat that we now live only an hour away from Zion! If you’ve never been, you definitely should try to make the trip out, there is SO much to do & the beauty of Utah is unreal!
Fitness has always been a passion of mine & I am lucky enough to have a job in the fitness industry because of my passion for helping others start their fitness journey. Most people know me by my fitness Instagram handle, @bodyfitbalance.
On top of my passion for fitness, I also have a passion for sharing home decor, fashion inspo, recipes & life experiences/stories. Because of this, I figured it would be fun to create my own blog to share things on!
I love being able to help others in any way I can. I hope that I can help you in one way or another on here too!

My Story
2016
+ graduated from a small town high school in central Wisconsin & went to North Dakota State University to play volleyball & pursue a pre-medicine degree
+ ended up not liking it there, quit playing volleyball, switched to nursing major & transferred to a technical college in Rochester MN be closer to family
+ started working out again because I was no longer staying as active playing volleyball
+ decided I wanted to do a bikini bodybuilding competition, so I started prep for one
2017
+ my mom ended up getting diagnosed with breast cancer shortly after I moved back in with her, I was able to help her through her treatment
+ I started my fitness Instagram @bodyfitbalance & began posting meals, snacks & food ideas based off of what I was eating to get ready for my
+ finished up pre-nursing school requirements & applied to U of MN nursing program (Rochester MN campus)
+ ended up getting accepted into the nursing program to start in the fall of 2017
2018
+ had about 12k followers on Instagram & started my own personal training business, “Body Fit Balance LLC”, selling custom coaching & workout guides
+ got my first sponsorship, Bowmar Nutrition, a supplement company that I’ve been with for 3.5 years now
2019
+ bought our very first home in Rochester Mn
+ got engaged & then married to my best friend of 8 years, Zachary
2020
+ started our own private gym in Rochester, MN
+ graduated from nursing school
+ had to postpone our wedding due to COVID
+ started my first nursing job in the trauma ICU
+ ended up quitting my nursing job 5 months in, because I was in the darkest place in my life trying to work full time as a nurse + full time on our businesses/social media
+ launched our fitness equipment business @thiccbybfb & started focusing on our businesses full time
2021
+ launched my collab peach supplements with bowmar nutrition – bodyfitbalance x bowmar nutrition signature line
+ had a skin cancer scare – opened up on social media about the importance of getting your skin checked
+ sold our house in MN & moved to southern Utah
+ finally had a wedding celebration in Utah with our closest friends & family = BEST DAY EVER
2022
+ got pregnant in february, unfortunately ending in an early miscarriage
+ not long after, we found out we were pregnant with our rainbow baby
+ surprised our family with the news on mothers day back in wisconsin
+ welcomed our baby girl Marlow Marie Turner into the family on 12/02/22
2023
The year of my amazing PP transformation! At 5 months PP I was in the absolute trenches. I hated the way I looked & felt so I decided to make a change. I spent the following 6 months tracking my macros, completing our challenge workouts & being SUPER consistent at hitting my daily goals (nutrition, water, movement & sleep)! I now feel my very best & am stronger than I was pre-pregnancy!
